A great way to boost happiness is by sending care packages to your workers. Include a logoed speaker, pen and notepads. These things are relatedly low-cost and very useful for your employees as they create their home office.
Take a Survey
Lack of appreciation was cited as the number one reason that people become unsatisfied their jobs. A great way to combat this is by showing your employees that you value their input. Send out a virtual survey and ask employees what little things will make a difference in their day!
