It may seem like a no-brainer, but the easiest way for a company to promote green practices is by placing recycling bins throughout the office. The number one reason why people don’t recycle? They don’t have access to recycling bins!
Buy Green Alternatives
It’s no secret that creating new materials creates harmful emissions. Consider purchasing items that are made from recyclables or are biodegradable. You might be surprised how many products you can make the switch with – from disposable cutlery to pens to even copy paper! Send a list of your current purchases to our Garvey’s Representatives, and we can quote you on green alternatives.
Get Involved
Start saving every box that your office supply purchases come in. Those used toners from your printer? Start setting them aside for pickup. You can donate these items and more to our Recycle for a Reason program.
