Virtual Tradeshow FAQ's
Who can register for the Virtual Tradeshow?
A: At this time, the Virtual Tradeshow is only open to all active Garvey's customers who have placed an order within the past 30 days on our site.
How do I get credited for buying Show Special Items and get additional raffle entries?
A: When you want to buy a show special item click on the Show Specials Icon under the video. Find the item you wanted and click on add item to cart. If you were not logged in when you began looking at the show, simply log when you add your first item. If you were already logged in before you began the show, the item will be in your shopping cart. You can pull items from various tables and put them all on one order or add them to a regular stocking order you are placing. The items are tracked on the back end at Garvey's and we will pull reports at the end of the show to create entries into each booth's raffle drawings.
When will I receive an order placed through the Virtual Tradeshow?
A: Orders will be shipped as soon as they are received.
How do I enter the Pre-Registration Raffle for the $100 Visa Gift Card?
A: Everyone who registered for the Virtual Tradeshow between August 13 - September 14th, 2018 will automatically be entered into a BONUS drawing for a chance to WIN a $100 Visa Gift Card. One lucky winner will be drawn from all entries received. The winner will be announced on our Facebook and blog page.
How do I receive a Free Tote Bag?
A: Visit any 12 vendor booths, watch any 12 vendor videos and complete any 12 vendor surveys and we will send you a complimentary tote bag filled fun samples and other goodies from the vendor booths along with your $10 gift card you've selected at the time of registration. The Free Tote Bag will be delivered within two weeks after the end of the show.
Please Note: Only 1 Free Tote Bag Per Person. Show bags cannot be delivered to home addresses. User must have placed an order with Garvey's Office Products within the past 30 days to be eligible for a show bag. Garvey's reserves the right to restrict the number of show bags per company.
What are Show Specials?
A: Show specials are a terrific opportunity offered by our vendors to allow you to take advantage of special savings during the month of October. With special offers, deep discounts and incredible savings available, show specials are the best way to get some amazing products at their lowest prices of the year!
How long will Show Specials last?
A: Show Specials are only good during the month of October 2018. They begin on October 1st and end on October 31, 2018.
What are the Grand Prizes?
A. We will be raffling off 3 Grand Prizes on Novemeber 1, 2018.
- Two 50-yard line tickets to see the Chicago Bears vs. Los Angeles Rams on Sunday, December 9th at 12:00 PM CST, including a parking pass.
- Apple Watch (Series 3, Space Gray Aluminum, Sport Band Black, GPS+Cellular capable, 38mm Size)
- 50" Flat Screen TV
All prizes in the promotion are nontransferable, nonassignable, nonnegotiable and not redeemable for cash or credit. Prize are awarded "As Is." No substitution, returns and/or exchanges allowed for prizes awarded.
How do I get Entered into the Drawing to Win the Apple iPad?
A. We will be raffling off 3 Grand Prizes on Novemeber 1, 2018.
- Once you watch all 24 Booth Videos and take all 24 Vendor Surveys, we will enter you into a Bonus Raffle Drawing for a chance to Win an Apple iPad (32GB, WIFI, Space Gray, 6th Generation).
All prizes in the promotion are nontransferable, nonassignable, nonnegotiable and not redeemable for cash or credit. Prize are awarded "As Is." No substitution, returns and/or exchanges allowed for prizes awarded.
How do I get entered into the Grand Prize Drawing?
A: Grand Prize Drawing is open to all Active Garvey's Customers. There are three ways to earn a raffle entry into the Grand Prize Drawings.
- Must register once online using the Virtual Tradeshow Registration Form before 10/31/18 and you will receive one entry into each of the three Grand Prize Drawings.
- You will receive one entry for watching and completing any 12 vendor videos and surveys.
- You can receive additional entries for each item you purchase from the show specials listed at any of the vendor booths by 10/31/18.

When will the Grand Prize Raffles be held?
A: The Grand Prize Raffles will be held on November 1, 2018.
How will I know who won the Grand Prizes?
A: We will post winners names on our Facebook and blog page on Novemeber 1, 2018 after 2:00 PM. Plus, we will contact the winners to arrange shipment of the raffle prize.
Can I register after September 14th?
A: Yes! Registration will be open until October 31, 2018 to all active Garvey's customers. You must register once in order to be entered into the Grand Prize Drawings and vendor booth drawings. If you have not registered, click here.
